Return & Exchange Policy

Because our products are precision-made hobby and architectural model components, all sales are final, except when an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is lost or damaged during shipping.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Changes of mind
Incorrect scale, color, style, or quantity selected by the customer
Products that have been opened, used, altered, glued, painted, damaged, or removed from their original packaging
Normal variations in acrylic color, transparency, texture, or finish
Damage occurring after delivery

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Customers must inspect their order promptly after delivery. Claims for damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products must be submitted within seven calendar days of confirmed delivery.

To request assistance, contact contact@2scalefigures.com and provide:

Your name and order number
A description of the problem
Clear photographs of the product
Clear photographs of the original packaging and shipping container
Photographs of any visible shipping damage
Any other information reasonably requested to evaluate the claim

Please retain the product, all original packaging, and the shipping container until the claim has been resolved. Failure to provide reasonable evidence may prevent us or the shipping carrier from verifying the claim.

After reviewing the information, 2 Scale Figures may, as appropriate:

Replace the affected item
Provide a refund for the affected item
Issue store credit
Assist with a shipping-carrier claim

Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed until the claim has been reviewed and approved.

Pricing Errors

We reserve the right to correct pricing, typographical, or product-description errors at any time prior to shipment.

Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
