Intellectual Property Policy

All figures, silhouettes, product designs, illustrations, photographs, graphics, packaging designs, written content, downloadable materials, and other original content displayed or sold by 2 Scale Figures™ are owned by 2 Scale Figures™ or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

All figures sold by 2 Scale Figures™ are original designs created by 2 Scale Figures™. Purchasing a product grants the customer ownership of the physical item only. Purchasing a product does not transfer any copyright, trademark, design, reproduction, manufacturing, distribution, or other intellectual-property rights.

Without prior written permission from 2 Scale Figures™, customers may not:

Copy or reproduce the designs
Trace, scan, photograph, digitize, or convert the designs into reproduction files
Laser cut, CNC cut, print, cast, mold, machine, or otherwise manufacture copies
Create molds, templates, vectors, CAD files, or digital models derived from the products
Redistribute, sublicense, sell, or commercially reproduce the designs
Use the designs or product images to manufacture or promote competing products
Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

Customers may use purchased physical figures in personal, educational, architectural, artistic, hobby, and professional model projects. Customers may also photograph completed projects containing the purchased figures, provided that the figures themselves are not reproduced or offered for sale as standalone copies.

Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
